Is anyone using these wheels? Any problems with rubbing? (they are 15x7 and have +17mm offset)

Absolutely no problems and my car is lowered. I use those for my autocrossing tires. Great rim for a good price. You should upgrade to metal center rings though if you will be switching off you rims on a regular basis for racing. The "tire rack" sells them cheap.

Hey, do you guys have a source on these wheels?

I'd like to get another set for my car but Tire Rack says they are discontinued.

Nope the entire stock is gone.
I do have a set that that I would sell with excellent autox tires on them.
I went with 16" rims and tires.
