I know this car,
its Tyler Brown from bav auto's old one.
How do you like it? The suspension is cool in it.
SRS springs or something.
I have the bottom end that Tyler had made.
I really like that car,
and the rear deleted seat, and roll bar. |

Yup, this belonged to Tyler Brown, then Tucker Lindquist and now me. I expect to have it for a while at least.
Tyler did a great job setting up and sorting out the car. It's a huge amount of fun to drive, breaks the rear loose pretty much at will while autox-ing. They're looking into revising the scoring, adding style points for me.
Did a couple driver's schools as well, it keeps up with e36 m3s in the straights.
This summer was my first doing BMWCCA events, so I have a lot more learning ahead. I may try out the R compound tires next year, there's a M coupe out there I think I can catch with a little help.
The suspension is great, but I'm not actually sure of the spring mfg. I always get comments at how flat the car goes through the corners.
The only 'complaint' I'd make is that the power is a little peaky. It pulls very hard from 4000 through 6500, but is a little asmatic in the lower range.
Thanks for the compliments, that red car of your's is quite nice as well.....
I keep an eye on the posts... |
