Does anyone know where to get a small quantity of this 12 volt switchable glass?

I've seen companies that offer it, but it's all very specific to an application (i.e. buses, trains, house windows, glass walls etc.) I'm not sure where you'd find a basic piece of the stuff that you could put in a car or whether or not you'd have to have it cut...have you heard of someone using it in their car before?

I'm assuming you're talking about a glass w/ filaments that orient themselves in specific angles w/ specific charges placed on it to either tint or be clear? I found this little forum conversation on something similar:

Hope it helps.

Yep this stuff is clear when electricity is applied and goes opaque when the power is turned off. Want to make my own "Slealth Plate".
Thanks
