I vote Myersport!

Honestly, I have modified and sold enough e21's (most of them to nowloadingrage!) that I ought to have my own nameplates made and installed!

I knew the manager at the Carlsberg factory. He told me this joke:

How are making love in a canoe and American beer alike?

They are both F*$king close to water.

they're all f^cking close to piss.

In 2004 I worked in the US, we went from north texas all the way up to north dakota and the only decent beer anywhere was 'Moose Drool' which came from Montana. I have fond, but blurry memories of that

But back to the subject in hand, I think, Which is your favourite Tuning Company for e21's would be good (you can even put MyerSport on if you want := )

Excellent choice sir! Although Duvel is pretty heavy stuff. We also have Leffe, Grimbergen, Westmalle, and many others.

As for favorite nationality of beers, my beverages of choice are the "piss" like Mexican beers, most of which are German brewers that set up in Ol' Mexico years ago. Then come the ACTUAL German beers. But the top of my list are the Yuengling brews from Pennsylvania, which unfortunately aren't sold here in Tennessee yet, so they require Smokey and the Bandit style out of state beer runs!

Leffe, isn't that the stuff brewed by mad monks that makes you go blind?
Corona is nice as far as largers go, Budvar and Staroproman from Czech Republic are also pretty good. I have horrible memories of drinking Keystone Light in the US, as it all tasted of nothing because it was so cold, we drank that as it was half the price of Budweiser. I never saw the point of light beer anyway, because the stuff is so piss poor in the first place, you end up drinking 3 times as much to get drunk (not that the English like getting drunk you know we just happen to be good at it

The best beers in America, beyond imports, are the micro-brews. Having said that Sam Adams is doing some nice things along with Red Brick and even Leinenkugel in Wisconsin.

Corona is a cut above water, Keystone Light is, I imagine, a cut below diluted swampwater.

Yeah, Meyersport is talking about the local Mexican breweries. Each town had its own brewery, and they did bring in Germans to set them up. This happened all over Latin America...........especially in Argentina.

There is actually a beer for each province in Mexico. There is Tijuana beer, ect. ect.

Corona is not even considered when Mexicans talk about beer........and I am sure, that is the one they put their "special ingridient" just for the gringos they export it for.

Some beers in Latin American countries taste suspiciously like German beers. Entire breweries were uprooted and taken piece by piece to different countries.

Then there are the decendants......funny names like Hans Fernandes or Juan Hell. A family member of mine just married some Schonenberg guy.

I am going to go looking in his grandaddy's closet for one of those nice black and red uniforms. Yeah...sure grandpa!!...those are ridding boots and the Luger handpistol is for hunting local game...right?!

Its funny how Germans all of the sudden got a taste for these dissentary ridden third world countries sometime around 1945.....Hmmm...must have been a fad or something.

Although we shouldnt make too much fun. Latin Americans got great local breweries and improved military and police training........whereas we got an entire space program.

Where did you get that from? It is indeed brewed by monks in an abbey. Most of the best belgian beers are brewed in an abbey, they have a special status for that. This includes Leffe, Grimbergen, Westmalle, and there are many others.

I once found a catalog of belgian beers, it had over 1,300 different kinds of beer listed!

We have some bars in town that serve only beers. You can choose from over 100 different beers. Always interesting to order something you've never tried before. I've had fruit beer (including raspberry, banana, strawberry), Kwak beer (which is served in an expensive tall glass. Traditionally, you have to hand over your right shoe at the bar in exchange for such a glass. You get your shoe back when you return the glass). There are many other weird and funny things like that

Ahh, the special ingredient, that explains these tit's i have grown

And I think you will find that 14 bottles of leffe definately affects your sight and your will to live the next morning. They have just started marketing white beer over here in the UK, but it tastes like pineapple juice

Anyway, i'm off to watch the Grand Prix, come on jenson!

looks like none of you have been to Australia. The best beer is tooheys platinum...by far! But seriously i think a good poll would be: what e21 do you own? 315, 316, 318, 320/6 or 323i

Great beer with a funny name in Oz would be Abbotsford Invalid Stout. Another great one is Grand Ridge Hatlifter Stout.

Here in Oregon (which for those of you unaware is the craft brewing capital of the US), we have many excellent beers, and some with excellent names -- like Rogue Dead Guy Ale, and Dog Day IPA, and Terminator Stout, and Ruby Tuesday (Belgian style Raspberry ale). One of my favorites is a very hoppy ale called Hammerhead, 'cause it nails you...

I think that's a Trader Joe's practice, since here in OR they have beers from other states.

Small brewers and wineries have a problem with state to state laws. It is fully illegal to cross state lines into Florida with alcohol unless you have a license. I have.......and I know other people.....that have asked small wineries to ship a case into Florida and they wont.....not via FedEx, UPS, or anything else.

The distribution of these small beer companies is completely controlled by arrangements between the states.

Oh, yeah....the quick poll should be about cars.

Beers.......well, there are too many beers out there that are locally distributed.....not to mention German, Belgian, Austrian, and other Euro beers that we never get to try.

However, we have all seen BMW's!

lol... I think you're opening up a real can of worms here if you're gonna start up a war of the states here with our OZ members... I personally stick to Coopers beers here in South Australia... with our pale ales and sparkling ales being pretty famous/ infamous

and yeah- I know for you eastern states guys Coopers is expensive but it ain't for us
