Where can I find the cowl for the extra alpina gauges for a RHD e21? also do they fit on the pre-facelift model? cheers |

I think I might put them under the stereo and in front of the gearstick, I think they would be neater there but thanks anyway. |

I've got a set of VDO's in the center console... I like the look of that better than the Alpina Dash mount ones anyway... Unless the Alpina motor comes with them... then I could poobably learn to deal with it. |

many folks prefer to have the gauges up high so you don't have to look down so far to see them. For a daily driver it doesn't really matter as much. If it's a true race car you want everything where you can see it!

I have a spare one from my mates Mk1 Golf GTI, it is supposed to slot into the DIN slot were the stereo goes, much as I love that six cylinder purr, I don't think I could listen to it forever
I will post some pics when I am done.
But thanks anyway. |
