Member Post nr. 433 California, USA (San Jose) 1980 320is, 1991 318is	Just got back from there. I can still hear the cars now... or maybe its the permanent hearing damage? It was pretty cool - my first time out as a spectator! Too bad BMW didn't have a good day. The coolest thing was to watch the Audi R10 kick butt... stealth-style. It is amazing how quiet it is! There are times where it seemed like all you could hear was the tires rolling, the wind, and maybe a bit of the transmission. The engine was frighteningly silent! It was like having a super-fast electric monorail wizz by. I imagine this would make putting it into production a little bit easier, yeah?
