What does youngtimer mean? I've seen this term used before but I don't totally understand its use.

I like the slide throttle ITB'd M10 at the top left of that web site.

That engine is mechanical fuel injected with the nozzles at the opening of the stacks... interesting stuff. Maybe an adapted Tii fuel pump??
