It kind of looks like it but the lower lip is much more pronounced. It could be a Zender one-off. |

Has the Kamei got the cut out in the centre it's hard to see? if it has i say the Kamei is identical to Bill's Zender? and both are identical to the blue one in question.
So to sumerise....they are all the same? |

The one I had was for the later style front end and had holes matching those in the factory lower panel.
