There are about six-seven clips on the inner side of the trim. Perhaps a picture would help -

Gentlelly pull. There clips r pretty old and brittle by now. But u still can't get access to the sills proper.

All I want to do is get the inside plastic's off so I can run some wires to the rear of the car...I tried to pull but I don't think they've ever been off before and there really REALLY tight!!!! I'm scared.......

Those clips can/should slide in the grooves, but you will not have the room to slide it off entirely.

Not sure if this will work but you could try to gently lift off one end using a screwdriver to lever it off at one end and work your way to the next.

Mine come off pretty easily tho.

You may want to wait for other suggestions before you try levering it off.

Good luck!

There's only one way they are comin off..prise them upwards with a wide chisel, don't use a screwdiver they are too narrow and will probably crack the trim.
Try to prise them where the clips are.
