Member Post nr. 22 Stone Mountain, GA 1979 BMW 323i	Help! I need some specific help on timing my car. Marks "Z" "O" etc. and when. Do I need to plug the vacuum lines when strobing or just disconnect them? Any ideas on approximate turns for the idle screw in the throttle housing? One other thing. I diassembled the engine, changing gaskets, etc. Does the advance vacuum line go to the bottom or top of the throttle housing? I want to make sure I reattached them correctly. Car starts and idles great....just not the previous power I had on the top end. Thanks ahead of time.....driving me crazy.
