its probably just a tight fit being a new hose, thats normal.
Take the hose section and run it under hot water from the tap for awhile to get some heat in to it. It will make the rubber softer and allow it to stretch a little, then run a bit of oil around the inside of the hose and it should help it slide on. |

U probably need some rubber grease to help get it in. |

Naw, i think the part is bad possibly. For you all, is the tube uniform size throughout the lenggh of it, or does it expand a little bit when it gets to the crankcase end? It definatly will not fit even with lube |

looks like little g' needs to equip homself w/a big Magnum!
Seriously, though.. does it have a p/n on it or in your receipt? does it match the shape and length of the old one? If it does, you may just need to massage 'er in there. It helps to also warm it up in the oven (on warm or up to 250 worked well enough for me w/o melting the rubber) as already mentioned. Trying to get a boot on I was able to warm it in the over for 1/2 a day and stretch it out from the inside slowly and it just slipped on. |

its pretty much the same the full length. You can just replace it with any vacuum hose you know, you dont need to buy the original part. |

I ee, I jst replaced that hose that hold's air pressure from the booster to the inlet with a normal heater hose line, I know the original had wirewound core, but this one seem's to hold its shape for now.....Just use some vaccum/heater hose as it's obviously high temp rating already.....Good Luck bro
