I have a radiator from a 320/6. The plastic bit top potion (pipe conector) has broken off.
Anyone knows if the plastic parts can be replaced?
I have to decide if it is repairable if not I will toss it out. |

Any competent radiator shop can replace the tanks top and bottom. I had to do this to mine about 6 months after I got it and it cost less than AU$100. |

you were lucky Greg... I had the same thing happen a few years ago, and BMW was the only source of the tanks at the time... that's why if you look at my car pics it has a fabricated metal top tank! The radiator cost me $500.
I do have the rarer 3 row radiator though which could be one reason the tanks were hard to source. |

$500?!? That's crazy! I could get 20 radiators from Pick-a-Part for that kind of money and I'm sure at least one of them would be good. (Yes, I'm a cheap bastard!) |

Had a triple core copper one made for about MYR830 or about AUD300, including installation.
Now the temp on my e21 is quite stable. (Had overheating problems recently, checked/changed all necessary b4 making the change) |
