I have this wire that hangs by the starter its blk/ylw like the starter wire, but smaller clip on it. Does anyone know where it goes?

also what does fuse 3 intercect with?

There are two wires as you describe on the US models, the bigger one is used on the bottom spade clip on the starter solenoid, the second one dangles free. The top spade on the solenoid is free.

What is what used for, the extra blk/yl wire pigtail? It used to be plugged in at the spade, but someone took their car in for a dealer recall for the warm start issue and the shop rigged up the splice you see. Dont worry about it, most of the later cars have it. We with FI also have an extra set of plugs for the cold start valve and the thermotime switch neatly tucked out of view as part of the same recall.

Maybe this will help a little - according to the factory wiring diagram, there's a 2.5 mm black/yellow wire in the engine compartment harness that picks up power from the black wire coming off terminal 85 on the unloader relay, connects to terminal 50 on the starter relay and splits three ways at a splice, going to terminal G on the thermo-time switch, terminal S on the cold start injector valve, & to terminal 11 on the diagnostic connector.
