Hi,

Can i used earlier M10 camshaft (say from 2002 M10) in 1982 M10 engine in e21?

it will fit right in, however, all the 1.8 cams spin the ignition distributor CCW (all 2.0 m10's spun them CW)

show do i have to change around the plug cables to match? btw, my motor are M10B16 or M10B20

No, you'll have to change the distributor. The gear and mechanism are different.
