General Forum : The Baur had its first outing this weekend.

Member Post nr. 187 Minnesota USA 1988 735, 1986 535 turbo, 1981 Baur 323i	I took the Baur down to Brainerd Int'll Raceway to meet up with some of the boys doing the Fall DE course with the CCA and Audi Club. The car got a lot of attention, most of it being "what the F is that thing?". It was pretty funny. Aside from 2 2002's in the beginners class and a pile of e30 M's, it was all newer stuff. GT3 Porsches, an '83 urQuatro that was unbelievably fast (and beat up on those GT 3's), a bunch of Lotus Exige and Elise's and everthing in between. In all about 50 cars were present, a goodly number of them non BMW or Audi. All in all it was a fun weekend. Let it be known that I did my best to spread the Gospel of e21!
