General Forum : new user having problems logging in

Member Post nr. 400 SF, USA Dinan 1978 333i, honda insight, audi S4	Hi Guys, I referred a local enthusiast to the site. He created an account and "activated" it. He said he received an email and then came back to the site. When he logs on it says "user unknown" in the main window. But, the left navigation pane shows him as logged in???? Tricord, his user name is alpinaturbo, is there something more he needs to do to access the forum or should he keep trying. Thanks in advance, Jesse

Member Post nr. 376 Melbourne, Australia 1982 Hennaröt 323i	It sounds to me like he just needs to refresh the page after logging in. Hold down the shift key and then click on "Refresh".
