I am changing out the guibo on my 323i. I loosened the center support bearing, dropped the driveshaft and pulled out the old guibo in pieces. It was bad. The only question I have is how the heck do you get the center support bearing loose to replace it? Is the shaft supposed to separate at this point or what? I am going off previous advice to replace it at the same time but it is not coming apart like I thought it would. The modified exhaust resonators sliding right under the CSB is not helping things either. Help!
