323i Euro
Owner: erzengel
In registry since: Thursday, Jan 31st 5:56pm.
Year: 1980
Location: Colorado

Description
Well this is it. My newest acquisition. A little rough around the edges, but it's nearly completely rust free, minus the surface rust on the primer paint job. But it's a fresh head on a refurbished block (6 years old, but only 200 miles on the odo since then) and it's got some nice goodies here and there. I'll need to send out the rear Bilstien's to have them revalved and repainted, or I might just get new ones. Don't know yet, but I do know that this paint job will not last through the winter roads here, so that's one of the first items on the list.

Modifications and tuning
Installed by Previous Owner;
H&R Sport Springs
Bilstien Sport shocks and struts
3.64:1 LSD
Brand new 13x5.5 OEM basket weaves (great as a spare set of wheels)
Dino Steering Wheel
Front Fascia
Hella H4/H1 Conversion
The lovely paint job....

Installed by Myself;
New Battery...
Push Start setup as the ignition took a crap
Cut out airbox for more volume
Urethane Steering Rack Bushings

History
One of my buddies in Ft. Collins was selling the car. I had no idea that he even had the 323i, but hey, I can't complain, I got it for a steal. It's got some REAL old school Yokohama Advans on it, too bad they're dry rotted. Drives well and stays strong, just need to lean out the fuel mixture as it's consuming fuel like an old V8.
