Bilstein Shocks and sport springs. Front and Rear Strut mount braces. 3.91 sport limited slip differential. New adjutable rear control arm bushings. Front 29mm sway bar with bushings. Rear 19mm Sway Bar.
New front control arms. New urethane steering rack bushings.
Front oversized Volvo calipers with vented discs and ceramic pads. Rear 325i calipers with vented discs and pads. Steel braided lines. 5-Series master cylinder.
Bored throttle body.
New High performance plug wires.
K&N air filter
H1 & H4 headlights with 100W and 130W bulbs.
Pop-out rear windows .
Sunroof defector
Sony Stereo with CD.
New short shift kit.
15 inch WEDS wheels - have some imperfections.
M3 style antenna mast.
Air conditioning delete.

History
I've had several BMWs and always wanted a 323i. Bought this car in April of 2006. Needed lots more work than advertised, but worth it. Very quick and fun.
Still need to adjust sunroof, adjust valves, fix exhaust rattle, and some other minor things.
