Modifications and tuning
Modified cylinder head with oversize valves and 292 cam, 9.5:1 cr, dual weber 40mm sidedrafts, header to straight exhaust exiting through Ansa muffler.
Suspension is from 323 with front ventilated discs and rear discs. Huge sway bar up front with smaller adjustable rear sway bar. Car currently rides on 15x6 BBS rims with the 15X7 Alpinas getting dipped and ready for paint. H/R lowered springs with Bilstein sports at all corners.
Interior totally redone with new Corbeau seats, new carpet, new non A/C console, Alpina steering wheel, Alpina speedo, and Alpina shift knob. I have a set of original e21 Recaro's which are going to be redone in Alpina material. This has been an ongoing project for about 3 years and will hopefully conclude with new paint in March.
I found this car at one of the local dismantlers and couldn't live without it. It looked like hell when I got it but I can always see potential, especially in Euro BMW's.
